Registering for the Veterans Honor Stole Ceremony

All Arizona State University student veterans, whether attending ASU in person or online, are eligible to participate in the Veterans Honor Stole Ceremony. The stole ceremony will take place Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 10 a.m. in the Grady Gammage Auditorium at the Tempe campus. Registration will open in mid-March.

Once you have paid your graduation fee, an RSVP Ceremonies link will show up on My ASU. You will be able to RSVP for each ceremony you wish to attend, including commencement, your college convocation and special interest convocations. The Veterans Honor Stole Ceremony is listed as a special interest convocation. Please note, this is the only way to register for all graduation ceremonies.

If you are unable to attend the stole ceremony but plan to attend commencement or your school’s convocation and would like a veteran honor stole, you will still need to register for the Veterans Honor Stole Ceremony. You will be asked which events you will be attending, and to receive a stole, you must be attending at least one ceremony.

Tillman Center staff members will have a table at check-in for commencement (both undergraduate and graduate) and most of the convocations where you will have the opportunity to pick up your stole.
