A bright future with electrical engineering: Richard Church

While talking with Richard Church shortly after his graduation from ASU Online in December 2017, the sounds of his young children in the background help to drive home his message that it is possible to accomplish great things while still having the flexibility to be at home. Read more about Richard.



 Taking the first step: Jesse Hamilton

Jesse Hamilton’s college experience started in 2011 when he was stationed in California on naval duty. He realized if he wanted to propel forward, he would have to earn a degree, so went on to pursue associate degrees in electronics and supervision management. Shortly after graduation he began searching for bachelor’s degree programs and discovered ASU from an article in the Navy Times as a “Best College for Veterans.”. Read more about Jesse.

In celebration of Veterans Day, ASU proudly honors veterans and active members of the military with an annual series of events on all campuses. The ASU community is invited to attend all of the Salute to Service events, which include military appreciation sports games, panel discussions, performances and more.

Arizona State University proudly honors veterans and active members of the military with an annual series of events on all ASU campuses in celebration of Veterans Day. The Salute to Service Military Appreciation Football Game is a highlight of the year.
