Info session: Introduction to Threatcasting

Cyndi Coon, chief of staff at the Threatcasting Lab, shared details about a new class.

Technological advances, as well as shifting economic and cultural landscapes, have made identifying and planning for possible future threats increasingly difficult. Traditional planning and forecasting tools are necessary but not sufficient for these 21st century problems. Threatcasting uses social science, technical research, cultural history, economics and more to understand what needs to be done now and in the future to disrupt possible threats. This one-credit ASU course will introduce you to the Threatcasting process. Learn more about the course at this information session, where Cyndi Coon, chief of staff at the Threatcasting Lab, will share details about the class and answer any questions you may have.
